Ralph has over 25 years of experience as an Insurance Broker. He has a BA from Tufts University with concentrations in Economics and International Relations. He also holds an MBA and a DRI from the College of Insurance in New York. Prior to founding Christiansen Insurance, Inc., Mr. Christiansen was Senior Vice-President and Segment Leader of one of the largest insurance broker agencies in Puerto Rico. Ralph has managed complex insurance programs for large and small clients. Furthermore, he has specialized in the Hospitality Industry, which include Restaurants, Real Estate, Education as well as Aviation and Marine insurance and is currently very involved in Renewable Energy risk management. Christiansen currently serves on the advisory board of Quality Water Service & Distribution, Inc., CEFI and Condominio Centro de Seguros, the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) for eight years and Las Casitas II Resort Condominium while also presiding Puerto Rico's Chamber of Commerce's Insurance Committee.

Juan Javier has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. A graduate of Syracuse University in 1987 with a BA in Economics and a Diploma in Risk and Insurance from The College of Insurance in New York in 1990, Del Nido served as Senior Vice President of Popular Insurance. At Popular, he supervised Risk Management analysis, new business acquisitions, institutional placements and handled large direct commercial accounts, Risk Management processes, claims and reinsurance placement. Before that, Del Nido succeeded on the Agency aspect of the insurance industry as Vice President of Del Nido & Associates where he and his team achieved a premium growth from $12M in 1988 to $50M in 2001. Del Nido held key management and underwriting responsibilities before selling the company to Popular, Inc.

Jaime joined Christiansen Insurance Group in November 2014 and brings over 40 years of experience in the Insurance Industry. Throughout his career, he has developed a keen expertise in large commercial clients with International exposures as well as an expertise in the Healthcare and Medical Malpractice Industry.

Doris graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with a degree in Business Administration. She is a licensed professional in Life, Health and Disability Insurance. Throughout her over 30 years of experience in Employee Benefits Programs, Doris has excelled as a Client Executive structuring and servicing Health Insurance Programs for many large corporations. She gained most of her experience as an Account Executive for many VIP clients at one of the largest insurance broker companies in Puerto Rico and has a professional designation in Compensation and Benefits. Mrs. Díaz is in the process of obtaining her Life Underwriting Training Council Professional Designation. She also served as Secretary of the Board for the Asociación de Productos de Puerto Rico (2006–2007) and is an active member of Fundación de Accionistas Innominados for Delta Dental Plan of Puerto Rico.
Has over 30 years of experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance Industry. García serves as Insurance Broker in charge of mid to large sized commercial accounts in Puerto Rico with a specialty in the Food & Beverage Industry. Lucy holds an associate degree from Santa Rosa School of Commerce and a certification from the Insurance Institute of America.
